i gained 3 pounds.. I'm really disappointed in myself. I was going to good. I know your weight can fluctuate and 3 pounds isn't TERRIBLE but I really wanted it to keep going DOWN not UP.
new goal: 5 pounds by the end of June
today: jogged/walked 2 miles

I know how frustrating this can be, but don't be too disappointed! You can do it!
Like the updated look and congrats on doing anything for 2 miles (I wouldn't even try). And youll lose that weight and more still. Don't worry,
